A Monday Appreciation Post . Dreaming back to last A Monday Appreciation Post
.
Dreaming back to last Monday when I was given one of the most beautiful gifts: a gift of friendship, of energy & pure kindness.
.
You see. This human is the definition of all that is beautiful in this world. We both have gone through similar trials to get where we are & can bond over the life we have fought hard to create & can continue to pursue & dream of! Her positivity is infectious & I am thankful for the time I was able to spend with her.
.
Mind you, I’m not paid to talk about her nor her products but I genuinely can stand behind her & @coolderma. She is phenomenal at what she does & the brand she has created with her clients in mind.
.
Thank you for giving me your time; Lets get together soon! 🥰
How about a selfie one month into 2021...? How about a selfie one month into 2021...?
“When buying from a small business, you’re buy “When buying from a small business, you’re buying more than an object. You’re buying hundreds of hours of failures & experimentation. You are buying days, weeks, & months of frustration & moments of pure joy” - Unknown.
.
Oh you thought Id talk about the beautiful weather we had today… näää.. I spent most of it indoors working on my passion project. My @akindcrystal . It still surprises me how I was able to pull up the courage to live in my own light & start a business right smack dab in the middle of a pandemic & investing pretty much all I had in it.
.
I do a little dance when an order comes in & though I live on 3-4 hours sleep most days in order to get the lives set up or photographing every single piece, writing copys for the site or fulfilling orders…I have so much gratitude in my heart that I even have the opportunity to share parts of me that I was never able to after building such a high castle of walls around me. Dreams like creating a business are a luxury that not everyone has & I don’t take it for granted.
.
Running a small business is not for the faint of heart: it is a lot of hard work & you realize where your support system really is - if even existent. With just a like, a repost, a share…The most basic & FREE ways of supporting, makes the world of a difference especially in the climate we are in right now.
.
Anyway. Long story short. Actions speak volumes to words. Support small business. Buy goods & pay (full price) for them. Support through Social Media but also refer us your irl friends. Shop Local. Sign up for the emails & actually open them. Have compassion for each other & just remember that you’re buying a piece of someone’s heart when you shop small.
.
End of Ted Talk. 🙏🏼
New year, new planner. This year I’ll be trying New year, new planner. This year I’ll be trying to keep it all in one place & not in 4 separate journals as I kept in 2020. I loved all 4 but noticed that though my creativity was at an all time high, I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to find where I put them😂📝
Here we are again. Another year to look back on... Here we are again. Another year to look back on... 2019 was all about transitions & 2020 showed itself to be all about strength. I learnt to master my emotions & overcome challenges I never imagined I would have to out of pure necessity.
.
2020 made me feel very much alone & extremely isolated. We naturally seek meaningful interactions & just like everyone else, I just wanted to fit in... but I don’t & it’s hard realizing people don’t want to get to know you &/or don’t care to even try.
.
But with loneliness & solitude comes lessons to be learnt inward. In turn, I had then found the power to create myself & my surroundings as I could only dream of & to be able to be that person for others that no one was for me.
.
I don’t have to talk about how difficult 2020 has been but it came with so many blessings. It is truly remarkable that people whom I have never met, made more of an essential impact than those I’ve known for years & for them, I am thankful.
.
“The strongest people are not those who show strength in front of us, but those who win battles we know nothing about.”
.
May 2021 bring new lessons to be learnt.. just please be a little easier. 🙏🏼 Stay safe, stay kind. Happy New Year xx
I entered a gingerbread house competition at work. I entered a gingerbread house competition at work... I have never built one before so I spent my only free day figuring it out...It even came up with a complete backstory too! So, since this is Instagram, I’m hoping it’ll get some love here. 😶

Happy December 🎄 . We all know it, 2020 has rea Happy December 🎄
.
We all know it, 2020 has really done a number... I have changed & so have my interests. I work full time along with numerous other projects & I just dont know what to post here anymore & so I dont post at all.
.
Anyway, I found this vintage Disney Treasury of Children’s Classics & absolutely love it. Reminds me of simpler days...
I got a lot of questions about my nails so here’ I got a lot of questions about my nails so here’s a close up of the KISS Halloween Nail design in FREDICA! Unfortunately, they are not sold in the European market & are limited edition 🖤
.
The only thing is that the middle finger design is glow in the dark.. Really cool… but very disturbing if you want to get some sleep! They really do GLOW.😂🤩
