Since listening to Reserol in Rome, I have been basically nagging the Reserol duo: Mikael and Magnus to visit them at their factory which is just a few minutes away from where I live and yesterday I had the honor in seeing first hand how these magical strips are made! Reserol has been a lifestyle change I made since Rome and I  have written about them a few times here in my blog. First, the trip to Rome and second what happened to my skin after 2 months use of Reserol Strips.

/Äntligen fått jag åka och träffa Mikael och Magnus på fabriken av Reserol! Jag bor i närheten och har tjatat tillräckligt att fått komma förbi och se hur de skapar dem! Jag har skrivit om Reserol några gånger redan men detta var hur häftig som helst!

It all starts with the secret ingredients!

Reservatrol (middle) and the finished product is what you can see above (far right)! Reservatrol is a natural plant polyphenol and is an antioxidant. You can find it on the shell of red grapes and is a defence mechanism for bacteria and fungi. In this case, it is used for beneficial health effects. On the far right, you can see Reserol film ingredients all mixed and ready to be made into film!

/Det börjar med hemliga ingredienser! Reservatrol och färdig blandade produkt är vad du kan se ovan. Reservatrol är en naturlig växt polyphenol och är även en antioxidant. Den hittas i röda vindruvor som skyddar från bakteria och fungi. I detta sammanhang så används den för hälso-anledningar. 

Next up is creating the films.

They are done on glass plates and with a heavy metal weight, it is manually distributed to the perfect thickness. These glass plates are put into a machine that dries them for a certain time.

/Nästa är att bygga filmen. De lägger blandningen på glasskiva och med en metal vikt är fördelat manuellt. De är då lagt in en maskin som då torkar de för en bestämt tid.

They are then manually cut, collected and bagged!

The last touch is that each bag is also manually stamped with their information including batch number and each bag can be tracked ALL THE WAY BACK! If you call in with your batch number, they are able to show you exactly what mixture of what was mixed! How cool is that?

/Då är alla filmer klippt, samlat och lagt i sina påsar! Sista är en stämpel som är också gjort manuellt med information om t.ex batch nr. Detta kan man ringa in och fråga om och då kan de visa dig exakt vilken blandning av vad fanns i just den påse! Hur kul är inte det?!

It was a fantastic morning and a huge thank you to Magnus and Mikael for allowing me to be the first blogger in their hoods (and allowing me to bring my coworker of course) to experience their factory and see the whole process! I am so inspired and in awe with the work that the M-duo does for this fantastic company!

/Det var verkligen en fantastisk morgon och jag vill tacka Magnus och Mikael för möjligheten att vara första bloggaren i deras fabrik (och även att jag fått ta med en kollega). Det var verkligen hur kul som helst att se hela processen. Jag är så inspirerad och verkligen stolt över att se arbetet M-duon gör för detta företag!
